WoF: Nightwing Partial-Ref Base (PSD)

A high resolution file available for use as a base for your OCs and adopts! Comes with a PSD which is compatible with any program that can use PSD files as well as a PNG of the lineart itself if in case your program doesn't work, you'll still have the lineart to mess around with. The layers on the PSD are formatted so that you should just be able to draw directly onto the layer to fill in the blocked out color area (layer opacity locked)!

Rearrange/remove anything
